3 sisters go missing from Vizag

Three sisters reportedly went missing from their home at Dwarakanagar area in Visakhapatnam city. The girls, happens to be siblings, have left home on February 11 evening and did not return

Mindi Anuradha (22), Tulasi (20) and Komali (17). The youngest is studying B Sc in BVK College in the city. The incident came to light after Dwaraka police registered a missing case on Monday late night based on a complaint lodged by the father of the girls Mindi Yerram Naidu, who works as a watchman in an apartment at Dwarakanagar area.

According to Dwaraka police, the girls reportedly left home at 5.30 pm on Monday. As they did not return home till evening, their parents started searching for them frantically

They also received a mobile text message from their daughter number that they left home intentionally and not to look out for them as they were ending their lives. Cell phones of the three girls are switched off.

It was learnt that at around 2 pm on Tuesday, parents received another message from the girls, who said that they were safe and also appealed to take care of their health. According to sources, parents suspect that the girls are in Chennai.

However, as a part of their search, Dwaraka police formed three teams and checking CCTV footage at various parts of the city, including bus stations, railway station and also enquiring with travel agents.
